LOCAL Gives Back 🤝

We’re partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank this month to help support individuals and families in need across our Nashville community.

Starting today through November 26th, you can drop off ✨non-perishable✨ food donations at the LOCAL leasing office during business hours!

Items most needed:
🥜 peanut butter & nut butter
🐟 canned chicken + tuna
🥫 soup, stew + chili
🍑 canned low-sugar fruits
🥕 canned low-salt veggies
🍚 rice + pasta
🥣 cereal + oatmeal

This season is all about community- and together, we can make a difference for our neighbors in need. Let’s fill these donation boxes!

a month for cozy nights, good food and giving back.

here’s what’s happening ↓

11.3 — LOCAL Gives Back (Food Drive)
for the month of november, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food items, canned goods (soups, fruit, veggies, tuna), pasta + cereal to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank. drop off donations to the leasing office between nov 3–26 and help us give back to the nashville community this holiday season 🤍

11.4 — Fireside Social: cider & s’mores night
we’re making up for last week’s rain — and not letting it ruin our plans! join us this tuesday, nov 4 on the 6th floor (outdoor firepits) for a cozy evening of hot cider, s’mores and good company🔥

11.6 — Vinyl & Vino
bring your favorite records to share and unwind with wine flights + small bites in the music lounge (5th floor) — a night made for good music and even better vibes🍷🎶

11.13 — Paint & Sip
join us for a creative evening hosted by All My Sons Moving! sit back, sip, and let your creativity flow while painting alongside new friends. 🎨
*spots are limited — RSVP in the LOCAL app (only a handful left!).

11.19 — LOCAL Friendsgiving
it’s our favorite night of the season — a potluck-style celebration of community, connection, and gratitude. bring your favorite dish to share, and LOCAL will take care of the drinks and the details🦃✨ we can’t wait to share this special evening with all of you!
